Abiding in God: Love and Joy

In John 15, Jesus commands us to love one another. He went on to note how this leads our joy to be full. Just as the vine sends nutrients into the branch so that it can bear fruit, so Jesus sends nutrients into our lives that we can bear fruit. The fruit here is love for others and joy in our lives.
