Maybe Jesus became a human, in part, to help us see that our humanity isn’t the problem, but rather trusting God, trusting God to love us, trusting in God’s gifts of mercy and faith and life – yes even this life. Being human was never our problem Accepting our humanity, well, that’s a struggle.
