Member Spotlight: Gabrielle Brown

We’re excited for Gabrielle as she begins Seminary this fall at Wartburg Seminary. This is the first of many steps towards becoming an Ordained Pastor in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). Watch the interview for more on Gabrielle’s life and her faith journey. Jim arrived at Ascension in 1997 but after two years, had one final Air Force assignment to complete. In 2002 the family returned to the Springs and made Ascension home. After a career in the Air Force and as a background investigator, he has finally crossed over the retirement bridge. He now fills his time working with youth, confirmation, and maturing adult ministries. He is blessed and honored to be part of such a grace filled and supportive congregation.
