Worship Cantata

On April 30, the Ascension Lutheran Choir will be performing Schubert’s Mass in G as he intended for it to be performed – as part of a worship. Instead of the weekly liturgical music, the choir will be performing the beautiful and timeless music Schubert wrote for this purpose 200 years ago. The choir will be accompanied by a string quartet and will feature three gifted local soloists.
