The Declaration of Independence
With America’s 250th Anniversary this year, there are no shortages of ways to celebrate and reflect. This summer pastor Daniel heard an excellent podcast on the Declaration of Independence. Explore how it was written, what it means to us as a people, and why it matters still.
Watch or listen, and then join us for a discussion and potluck. We’re going one week later than normal this month, so come to church on August 31st at 6:00 for the potluck and 6:30 for the discussion.

We’ve read books and listened to podcasts on immigration, race relations, homelessness, water rights, transgender issues, cell phones in schools and more.
